We have published this abstract of our privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your company information and data.
ITS will never release, sell, rent, or share data, personal information or any project details with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law.
We use security measures to protect against loss, misuse and/or alteration of data manipulated by us or by our systems.
Any type of Information submitted to us or manipulated by us as part of any project related tasks will be only available to employees working on your project and only for the purposes of providing the services you requested from us.
Depending on the project, some software components developed by ITS will be licensed without limitation to our clients but ITS will reserve copyrights, patents and other privileges associated to the code and software components developed by ITS. These ITS rights and ownership over the custom software components does not affect the rights over data owned by our clients.
ITS will delete all copies of the client’s data from all ITS computers and servers as soon as the work is completed and/or the solution is released to our client.
