Project Methodologies

ITS utilizes proven project management methodologies to ensure that each custom solution meets our client’s business requirements.

Our strategic selection of appropriate methodology and tools for each project allows us to provide our clients with the best possible solution. Our years of experience enable us to offer multiple options for the client and help them select the right one(s) for each project.

We recognize that each business is different and strive to incorporate that uniqueness into the project. We take the time to get to know our clients, to understand their needs, their objectives, and to develop the solutions that meet and exceed them.

Effective communication is key to the success of any project. At ITS, we want you to be comfortable every step of the way. We will assign you a project manager who will guide you through the project step by step.

Following are our most frequently used project management methodologies:

1 - Agile Software Development:

Agile software development methodology is for a project that needs extreme agility in requirements. The key features of agile are its short-termed delivery cycles (sprints), agile requirements, dynamic team culture and emphasis on real-time communication.

2 - Rapid Application Development (RAD):

This methodology focuses on developing products faster with higher quality. When it comes to gathering requirements, it uses workshop method. Prototyping is used to acquire clear requirements and re-use the software components to accelerate the development timelines.

3 - Feature Driven Development (FDD):

This methodology is more focused on simple and well-defined processes, short iterative and feature driven delivery cycles. All the planning and execution in this project type take place based on the features.

4 - Adaptive Project Framework:

In this methodology, the project scope is a variable. Additionally, the time and the cost are constants for the project. Therefore, during the project execution, the project scope is adjusted in order to get the maximum business value from the project.
